Your privacy

• Account details: your email address and password (stored scrambled, never readable by us).
• What you tell us: first name, avatar, test date and weekly study hours, if you add them.
• Your study activity: the answers you give and your practice and exam results, so we can show your progress.
• Purchases: which plan you bought, the amount, and the date. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store card numbers.
• Certificates: the full name you put on a certificate of completion.

• To run your account and unlock what you paid for.
• To show your Readiness Map, scores and suggested next topic.
• To send account emails, such as confirming your email or resetting your password.
• To answer you when you contact support, and to keep the site secure.

We use a few trusted services, and they handle your data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase stores accounts and study progress.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps it secure.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

If you claim a certificate, anyone with its certificate ID can confirm it on our verify page, which shows the name on the certificate and the date it was issued. Nothing else about you is shown.

We store a few small items in your browser to keep you logged in, remember light or dark mode, how far you’ve read in each lesson, your exam scratchpad, and a reminder you closed. We don’t use advertising cookies.

We keep your account and progress while your account exists, so you can come back to study later. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

You can change your name, avatar and test date on your dashboard. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email support@passmlo.com from your account’s email address. We’ll do it within 30 days.

PassMLO is for adults preparing for a professional license. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
